This statement is a brief insight to the quality from the Pori Natural beauty bar, the evolution and its particular strengths and the threat confronted by the competition. To be able to fulfill our course " Marketing Management” we are suggested by Ms. Tasmia (Course moderate) to make a marketing plan for a new item on the basis of Bangladesh. For this reason i was starting to believe for a new product which is related with soap industry and start survey the market to get knowing which is exist item and which in turn not. After survey we found there is no natural beauty soap in market, which is produced in our country. And than we all decided to produce a product consider beauty cleaning soap and for that reason all of us select the company " PORI” from " Pori Bangladesh”. And we chose a name pertaining to our new product " Pori Beauty Soap”.
