Summary

Effiency of project management is a very genuine topic amongst key professional managers in the information technology industry. Moreover looking into how distinct project administration approaches affect the functionality and motivation of employees is a subject of interest of countless leaders and managers. Considering a group as a critical unit of a company provides new sights and acces to standard managerial methods. In the initially part of this thesis a continual description of key elements is included that affect the team, motivation and performance of companies. The last part of this thesis consists of an in-depth analysis of varied project management approches found in InQool a. s. company. Furthermore are included thorough results of your case study and research that was carried out among accelerating technological corporations located in Brno, Czech republic.
